Our Registered Apprenticeship program offers a dynamic work-based learning structure, enabling students to directly engage with and learn from the seasoned service teams at dealerships. HVAC TECH

As industries evolve to meet new environmental standards and consumer demands, our program offers aspiring HVAC technicians a unique opportunity to engage in hands-on, practical learning. RURAL P-20 TEACHER

This registered apprenticeship program emphasizes a multi-tiered training approach. We provide rigorous training for mentor teachers to enhance their coaching and mentoring skills, essential for guiding the next generation of educators. Additionally, teacher candidates receive sustained support and practical training during their residency, allowing them to apply theoretical knowledge in real classroom settings under the supervision of experienced mentors.

Moreover, we train site coordinators who play a crucial role in the evaluation process, ensuring that both mentor teachers and teacher candidates meet the highest standards of educational excellence. These coordinators help maintain the integrity and effectiveness of our program by overseeing and supporting the implementation of best practices in teaching and learning within the rural P-20 education system.

COMBO WELDING

Our program partners with leading healthcare institutions to provide rural nursing apprentices with real-world experience in a clinical setting.
